Yu-Dofu - Japan 2017

This was Yu-Dofu, Tofu cooked in hot water (Yu) in a pot, for dinner.

My family version of Yu-Dofu contains more than Tofu; Tofu is still the main ingredient. Nabe (pot) dish like this is truly welcome in the chilly fall and winter evening.
