Hearty Lentil Soup with Vegetarian Smoked Apple Sage Sausages, again
Serving a bowl of fresh salad, the meal was complete! Especially, the addition of the veggie sausage makes the soup very satisfying. Maybe too satisfying. Right after dinner, J didn't ask me what desserts we would have.
