Okonomi-Yaki (Japanese Cabbage Pancake), again

Whenever I have leftover cabbage, I think about making Okonomi-yaki, Japanese cabbage pancake. This was such a moment and I did. 

There was a lot of cabbage. So, the pancake was huge! It could cover at least four times of my breakfast. Yum.
