Zucchini & Spinach Gratin

This was Zucchini and Spinach Gratin.

I had some zucchini to do something with. And found this recipe on SimplyRecipes. It was just like a filling I make for spinach quiche. I adapted the recipe with some changes: reduce the amount of bacon, use just a pack (5oz) of fresh spinach, add 2 oz cream cheese, and replace onion with scallion. I remembered when I made zucchini and red onion quiche before it was way sweet, which we at least I didn't enjoy. Even to keep scallion's sharp taste, I baked scallion without sautéing with bacon.
I was happy with the result. As I imagined, it was just like no-crust quiche.
