Unzen-Kinoko's Youyoumen with Ginger

This was a new product from Unzen-Kinoko Hompo, Youyoumen with ginger!

Recently we bought a box of Unzen-Kinoko instant noodles from Japan. Their products are way beyond usual instant noodles. They taste natural, fresh, amazing. The box contained 8 types of noodles, two of each. This Youyoumen with ginger is their latest product that we have't had before.  

Soup had a ginger flavor and mushroom topping had ginger bits. A hot noodle soup bowl with generous mushrooms and a full of fresh ginger flavors for cool fall evening suited us exactly.
