Cauliflower Soup, again

This was cauliflower soup, again!

I reconfirmed the Cook's Illustrated's cream-free, broth-free recipe was a true winner. The soup was so creamy but light and delicious! I used two leeks instead of one and used just only two tablespoon butter to make the floret toppings instead of five tablespoons.
I didn't remember how J liked the soup last time, but he liked it very much this time. I would be happy to make the soup again very soon!
