Sourdough Biscuits, J's Omelette & Fresh Figs

This was a weekend breakfast: homemade sourdough biscuits, J's Omelette and fresh figs.

The biscuits made with sourdough unfed starter were great as usual. J's Omelette had a lovely soft inside and a light brown outside, looked like an omelette between country-style that he usually makes and classic. The fresh figs were our first figs in 2016. They were well-ripen and sweet, but so tiny!
With a cup of Japanese green tea, the breakfast was completed! Good morning!
