An-Pan

These were An-pan.

Suddenly I felt like making and munching An-pan. I haven't made the Japanese traditional sweet buns for a while. Luckily I had a couple of cans of boiled, sweetened red "Azuki" beans that I brought back from Japan, so I didn't need to make fillings from scratch.
I baked a dozen of An-pan!
While they were still hot, I conducted a quality test.
Absolutely delicious! An-pan is what I can eat everyday. Seriously.
