Choux à la Crème from Bonaparte Breads

These were choux à la crème, or cream puffs from Bonaparte Breads.

The classic French pastries were treats that J kindly brought back for us as a part of our anniversary celebration. I have had many different kinds of cream puffs since I was little since they are very popular sweets in Japan. These must be one of the largest cream puffs I ever had!

The inside was filled with simple custard cream generously. It wasn't too sweet, which I liked. One puff made me so full and happy. Thank you so much J!!
