Kielbasa Party with Pommery's Royal Cognac Mustard

This was a Kielbasa Party with Pommery's Royal Cognac Mustard!

At Kielbasa Factory, a Polish deli in Rockville, MD, J picked two kinds of Kielbasa: Ukrainian style (left) and "Kiełbasa wiejska" - village style (right). The ladies at the store were very helpful. When he asked them about the difference between a couple of kilbasas, they started feeding him a dozen samples of some excellent smoked sausage. Good for him! Based on the intensive tasting, he successfully picked these two.
Our new Pommery's Royal Cognac Mustard was the reason we had the sausage party. We like Pommery's! One issue on this particular jar is to open the cork lid that was covered with a wax seal. J deal with it neatly.
The sides were pan-braised Brussel sprouts, mashed turnips and cucumber & carrot salad. It is said you should eat veggie three times more than meat. We are trying to do so.
Each Kielbasa had an unique flavors and texture; both were pretty good! We enjoyed the party pretty much!
