Homemade Zenzai, again

Zenzai, sweeten red "Azuki" bean soup with baked rice cakes (Mochi) is always my dream breakfast when I am alone. I made the particular dream come true by making bean soup that I made with special beans that I brought from Japan and buying Mochi via online. Hot Zenzai in a chilly morning was a real treat. Plus, my homemade version of Zenzai is oil-free, dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free, but rich vegetable protein. Also, it is said that protein can generate body mussels more efficiently when it is taken with carb (Mochi in this case). I could happily eat yummy Zenzai every morning!
