Lamb Ragù with Orzo


My goal was to use all celery and carrot leftovers up in the fridge. I have achieved it by making lamb ragù. The ragù was my made-up. Onion, garlic, celery, carrot, canned tomato, minced lamb, sherry, water, half a bouillon cube, leaf and fresh thyme. I got rid of fat from lamb as much as possible and added a lot of veggie to make the meaty ragù light. Orzo was a wonderful alternative to long or tube pasta. J was happy with the dish. I was happy to see the veggie leftover gone!
