Whole Wheat Pappardelle with Adorable Mushrooms


When we visited a grocery store on Kings Road, we luckily found wild mushrooms again. They were so cute! We got two kinds of mushrooms this time and made a light sauce with garlic, shallots, chicken stock, sherry and fresh chive.



We also picked up whole wheat pappardelle at the store. The combination of the pasta and wild mushroom sauce was delightful!
