Japan 2019 - Sansai Tororo Soba

While my mother hand I were enjoying shopping together, we also had a very nice Soba lunch at a shopping mall. In fact we have had a lunch at the same Soba restaurant in 2017 and I had the same dish again: Soba with Sansai (literally meaning "mountain vegetables," including fern shoots) and Tororo (grated Japanese mountain yam). Ah, heavenly delicious!
