Japan 2019 - Anmitsu


Anmitsu was another chilled traditional Japanese dessert that I had while I was in Japan this June. This particular Anmitsu was made of three flavors of agar jelly cubes: plain, green tea and roasted green tea, Shiratama-dango (small rice cake balls), sweet red bean paste, green tea ice cream and whipped cream. Each part was a treasure for me. Ah, I miss Japanese sweets so much!
