Roast Sandwiches with Hot Horseradish Sauce by Hawkshead Relish Company

In addition to some fruit jams including Damson Extra Jam, we brought some savory items from Hawkshead Relish Company. One of them was Hot Horseradish Sauce. J dreamed having roast beef with it and I made his dream come true by making roast beef sandwiches! I didn't make roast beef from scratch, though. Waitrose kindly delivered two packs of Peppered roast beef along with cheese, tomatoes and baby greens. Brioche buns were by Baltzersens Bakery. 

Hot Horseradish Sauce went very well with the sandwich. It had a nice horseradish kick. The texture was creamy, easy to spread on bread. It wasn't sweet or salty, which I appreciate. Actually we made roast beef sandwiches with the relish three times so far. That tells me that J must like the product, too!
