When I saw a recipe of Shrimp Creole was on a New York Times' newsletter, I remembered that large shrimps were on sale at Waitrose online. Was it a coincidence? Shrimp Creole was kinda like tomato-y gumbo without okra. The recipe was easy to follow and the result was pretty good.
