Baked Apple Cinnamon Doughnuts, again
There was no cookies or cake for afternoon tea. King Arthur Flour's doughnut mix quickly filled our needs. They were pretty nice without glaze because the dough contained numerous dried apple bits. I am generally not a big fan of commercial baking mix, but their doughnut mix is an exception.
