Pan-Seared Rosemary Chicken Breast
This was pan-seared rosemary chicken breast.
It was my made-up chicken dish to enjoy our garden rosemary. First, I marinated chicken breast in the mixture of fresh rosemary, crashed garlic cloves, vermouth, and olive oil about 6 hours. Then, seasoned them with salt and pepper and pan-seared them. At last, made sauce with fresh rosemary, dried shallots, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, vermouth and the juice from the cooked chicken. Quick and easy became tasty! J enjoyed the dish and asked me to make it again. Of course, I will. I am a big fan of a quick, easy, tasty dinner.
