Frech Peach Cobbler

This was fresh peach cobbler.

We got yellow peaches from our local farm stand. They smelled lovely and ready to become cobbler!
I adapted the recipe of peach cobbler from Cooks' Illustrated. Just one change that I made was reducing the amount of sugar for peach filling.
The result was wonderful! Baked delicious juicy peaches with buttery tender biscuits. And slightly sweetened whipped cream! The combination was unbeatable.
