Pasta all'Amatriciana with Fresh Summer Tomatoes
Nothing better than vine-ripen tomatoes under sunny sunshine like these. We picked up the gorgeous tomatoes at our local farm stand, and made the traditional Italian pasta sauce with pancetta, onion and garlic.
