Okra Curry & Charred Eggplant Curry

This was a curry combo! Okra and charred eggplant.

The vegetables were super fresh from our local farm stand. We have been enjoying summer vegetables and fruits. Good for us!

Tomatoes and garlic in the curry sauces were also from the same farmer. Nice to have a farm stand near by. Their plums were the best plums I had ever! Asian pears were wonderful, too.

Back to the curry story, both curries were very tasty. With the great ingredients, they couldn't go wrong.
