Cashew Chicken with J's Baby Red Chili Peppers

This was cashew chicken with J's baby red chili peppers.

J is taking care of a plant of red chili peppers this summer. The output has been tiny cute babies so far.

I added just two peppers, removing all seeds, into the cashew chicken. The peppers showed off their pungency. The spicy heat developed in the mouth gradually and lingered for a while. I think the level of heat was just right; it provided a powerful but pleasant punch. Don't underestimate peppers based on the size!
