Applewood Smoked Turkey Sandwiches

This was applewood smoked turkey sandwiches.

I thought we could have veggie dishes once we came back from North Carolina. However, it was only my imagination. Applewood smoked turkey from Thanksgiving dinner didn't want to let us go. In fact there was a plenty of leftover. Some came back home with us; J's parents took care of the other. So, our first meal after the NC travel was turkey sandwiches.

I know meat again... but at least I was able to load some fresh veggies and the turkey was still delicious, which made me happy.
