Clam & Octopus Pasta with Vermouth Sauce
We enjoyed pasta with clam many times and with clam and octopus several times this year. Although the amount of garlic, shallots, vermouth (or white wine) and herbs were somehow different each time, the dish was always delicious. I believe we will continue making pasta with clam, sometimes with octopus in 2018!
