Fish Tacos with Rick's Picks' Handy Corn

This was fish tacos with rick's picks' handy corn.

Rick's picks was one of delicious discoveries of 2017. J and his mother have been enjoying their products since then. This handy corn was a few of their pickles that we hadn't tried yet. To make a reason to open the jar, I suggested we make fish tacos.
I marinated cod and halibut (I think) filets by partially adapting a recipe of grilled fish tacos by Cook's Illustrated. Toppings were, of course, handy corn, shredded lettuce, chopped fresh tomatoes, fresh cilantro and Cotija cheese. Handy corn was very nice. On the other hand, some parts of fish somehow tasted a little fishy, which was disappointing. I will make another taco dinner to enjoy handy corn more very soon. Probably not with fish.
