J's Eggs & Bacons in NC

This was J's eggs and bacons breakfast!

During our stay in NC, we went to a local farmer's market and bought some apples, greens and bacons. J cooked the beautiful thick-cut bacons slowly on griddle until they were lovely crispy.
Also he cooked sunny-side ups. Served with toasted rye bread, the breakfast looked very classic. Of course, it tasted great!
