Tuna & Salmon Sandwiches with Creamy Broccoli Soup

These were tuna and salmon sandwiches with creamy broccoli soup.

Our homemade sesame bread was light, moist and slightly chewy, perfect for sandwich!
I mixed the exactly same ingredients for both tuna and salmon salad - celery, French pickled gherkin, fresh chive, fresh tarragon, lemon juice, mayo, Dijon mustard, Espelette pepper, and black pepper.
Spread generous Olivier's shallot dark beer mustard on both inside of the bread. We like this savory mustard. It's a really good product. Tomato and greens also joined this sandwich party.
One half salmon and two half tuna for each. Served with a cup of my homemade non-dairy but creamy broccoli soup. We usually make tuna salad but adding a salmon choice was a nice idea. I enjoyed both. The soup upgraded the sandwich to a satisfying dinner.
