Quick Veggie Noodles

This was quick veggie noodles. I just named it so.

Stir-fried cabbage, carrot, mushroom, and green onion, flavored with soy sauce, sake, Mirin, rice vinegar, and chicken soup, thicken with corn starch, and poured over noodles. That's all! I love cabbage. But I guess J doesn't like cabbage so much like I do. To make this noodle dish, I bought a whole cabbage and just used a few of the cabbage leaves. Now I have to think about how to make J enjoy another cabbage meal with the leftover cabbage...
