Homemade Pizza Day(s)

It was a homemade pizza day(s).

Toppings were grape tomatoes, oyster mushroom, green olives (for J's side), Burrata cheese and fresh basil from the garden. The dough and tomato sauce were homemade as usual.
Burrata cheese was beautifully melted and tasted so milky. I prefer it to usual mozzarella. We repeated the homemade pizza day next day. This time there was no mushroom because we had used all day before. We added grated Parmesan cheese and some spices like pepper and dried onion powder.
For pizza, I think nothing better than homemade!
