Smoked Salmon from Neopol Savory Smokery & more

This was smoked salmon from Neopol Savory Smokery in Union Market.

We bought about 0.6 pound of sliced smoked salmon. It was ok - nicely fatty, but a little fishy and less smokey. This couldn't beat the smoked salmon that we ate at a cafe in NYC. That's still our best so far.
Bread was from Lyon Bakery also in Union Market. It has a very nice flour and yeast taste.
We picked cheese at Righteous Cheese where we got grilled cheese in the market. We asked their closest cheese to J's favorite cheese: Époisses de Bourgogne. They suggested Willoughby, made with cow milk in Vermont. So we tried and liked the cheese very much! It was milder than Époisses de Bourgogne. I love this kind of very buttery and gooey cheese.
From Neopol, we also picked a savory cheese pie with artichoke, "made with swiss, fontina, gouda, and ricotta cheese in baked in a pastry crust." This was like cheesy quiche topped with pizza sauce. Well, it was ok, not special.
We found something we like and something we don't care from the market. We have been totally enjoying new experiences from there.
