Caramelized Almond Honey Squares

These were caramelized almond honey squares, again!

I had the last organic navel orange in the refrigerator and thought before I eat it, I should bake something with its zest. These cookies were the first thing that I came up with. They are easy to make and very tasty, and I remember J liked them!

I didn't have Greek honey I used last time anymore, so I used organic raw honey, which also tasted pretty good in the cookies. Here are yummy cookies for you, J!
