Italian Feast

We visited our friends Mr&Mrs M.

They are gourmet and love cooking. This day's theme was Italy where they went to on vacation and took a cooking class. The dinner was a recreation from the class. We were so lucky to be there! Appetizer was fried stuffed zucchini blossoms. The blossoms were from their beautiful garden. So pretty and tasty!
The main dish was homemade fresh pasta dressed with Ragù alla Bolognese. The pasta was smooth and delicate with a good chew. The many-hours-gently-simmered sauce pleased us with its wonderful deep flavor.

There was garlic bread made with cuban bread. Light and crispy!
Dessert was individual Tiramisu. Rich, creamy, boozy!
