Moo Shu Veggie 2.0

This was Moo Shu Veggie 2.0.

It was an updated version of what I made before. I partially adapted a recipe of Mu Shu Pork that was in Cook's Illustrated magazine released this Spring. The main ingredients was a leftover half cabbage. The local grocery store didn't have Shiitake mushroom, so I picked up Crimini mushroom instead. Carrots, scallions, an egg, and dried Shiitake were in, too. For seasoning, hoisin sauce was the center of the flavors. Pancakes were of course homemade. I really enjoyed this dish. J said he liked it too. However he ate only two wraps. Did he surely liked it? I am not sure.
