J's Special Smoked Fish Sandwich, again

These were J's special smoked fish sandwiches!

Like the last time, he mixed sardine and kipper along with our garden herbs, pickles, Dijon mustard and some kinds of spices. I don't know what kinds of spices he exactly used, but am sure there were at least black peppers and J's mother's blend hot peppers. No celery this time because we didn't have any. Buns were of course homemade! They were the leftover from our sloppy shaun dinner day and kept in the freezer. I carefully heated them in toaster oven. The outside got a little dry, just like a lightly toasted, but the inside was still super soft. J's smoked fish salad was amazing as always. With shredded mozzarella cheese and greens, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious!
