Sautéed Kale with Red Wine Vinegar

This was sautéed kale with red wine vinegar.

It's one of our favorite side dishes. Yes, "our." J loves kale! Sauté fresh kale with a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, black pepper and a couple of splashes of red wine vinegar. That's it. Easy, tasty and healthy.
A large bunch of kale, which was about two extra large bowls were magically cooked down to two small bowls. It's always amazing to know how much kale we can eat at a meal.
