Buckwheat Noodle "Soba" Soup with Tofu & Veggies, again
I used frozen broccoli this time. Although some florets were broken, there were still nice chunks of florets. Their texture was not bad. Keeping a couple of bags of broccoli in the freezer can be my new habit in 2016.
