100% Whole Wheat Bread, again

This was 100% whole wheat bread, again!

I followed the same recipe from King Arthur Flour's website with a small change like adding a couple of tablespoons of vital wheat gluten as I did last time and reducing the amount of maple syrup. The result was another lovely soft whole wheat bread! The bread was still slightly sweet, so I will stick to my new less maple syrup version.
