Tomato Zucchini Rice Gratin in 2016

This was Tomato Zucchini Rice Gratin in 2016!

It's a dish I make every summer for some last years. This year I found beautiful organic zucchinis and yellow squashes at a local Wegmans.

Roast first.

Then bake.

Cheese!

Beautifully done!

And very tasty as usual. It's a summer veggie magic!
