Black Bean Tacos with Summer Corn Salsa

These were black bean tacos with summer corn salsa.

We enjoyed summer corn chowder with fresh summer corns from a local farm stand, so we bought some fresh corns from the same stand again. This time the fresh corn became summer corn salsa for our regular black bean tacos!
It was a nice change from a usual tomato salsa. A problem was soft corn tortillas. They were so fragile, and a single tortilla couldn't hold all toppings without tearing apart. Lesson learned: double soft corn tortillas, or protect a single tortilla with a layer of green spinach leaves!
