J's Country Omelette with Extra Sharp Cheddar & Fresh Chive

This was J's country omelette with extra sharp cheddar and fresh chive from our garden.

It was another wonderful omelette J made that had a golden brown buttered crust and a super soft inside where melting cheese was hiding. A new experiment this time was adding a pinch of Herbes de Provence. The French herb mix magically created a smooth tie between gentle egg and sharp cheese. J's omelette's evolution is endless.
