Yaki Bifun with Bok Choy & Oyster Mushrooms
This was Yaki Bifun (pan-fried thin rice noodles) with bok choy and oyster mushrooms.
I didn't make it from scratch. There was a short cut that I could take - a commercial package of Yaki Bifun that I bought in Japan! The package contained noodles and a mixture of seasoning sauce and some vegetables and pork. You can just add fresh cabbage to the package and complete cooking within 5 minutes. J sometimes doesn't like cabbage, so I replaced it with bok choy and add oyster mushrooms and onion to make the meal more veggie.
The result was nice. Although it was a little salty as you could find in any kind of commercial foods, it had a nice flavor. First of all, it was so easy and quick that I exactly expected on this lazy day.
