Less-Popped Popovers
Something wrong! Last time we made over-popped popovers; this time they didn't pop well... Even some had a hole in the bottom or on the top. Perhaps the amount of batter for each was too small? I made 11 this time while I did only 8 last time. 10 may be the magic number for the right degree of pop.
