Puttanesca with Thin Spaghetti
This was Puttanesca with Thin Spaghetti.
While it is getting colder, our garden parsley is still green. Before they got frozen, I would love to use them as much as possible. Puttanesca was a great choice for the purpose! It is easy to make with ingredients that are usually in the pantry/refrigerator. I thought I could make it without going to a grocery store. It was wrong. When I started gathering ingredients, I realized there was no anchovy. I looked for it three times. No anchovy. How was it possible? Anchovy is always in the refrigerator. It is supposed to be. J drove me to the closest grocery store, which gave me only two options of anchovy. Both were from Morocco. I just grabbed a cheaper one. Ok, the problem was solved. My puttanesca with thin spaghetti was very tasty; I was able to use garden parsley. This was a happy ending story.
