Baked Halibut & Grouper in Foil

This was baked halibut and grouper in foil.

It's one of my favorite ways to cook seafood! We got fillets of halibut and grouper at a local Wegmans. Aren't they beautiful?
Shallots, lemon, fresh dill, soy sauce, Sake, black pepper, and espelette pepper - simple is a key here.
Side dishes were pan-sautéed asparagus and mashed turnip. It was a great low-carb dinner that was so delicious and satisfying.
