Double Chocolate Irish Cream Pudding, again

This was double chocolate Irish cream pudding, again!

I made it in the same way I did last time - using coconut sugar, Splenda, and a few drops of Irish Cream flavor. I might have cooked the pudding a little longer, though. J said the pudding seemed a little harder. Still, it was deeply chocolate-y and tasted great!
I divided the pudding into six little glasses. It was rich chocolate custard, so the little glass was just a right size as a dessert after dinner. Plus, we could enjoy the pudding three times!
