Heba's Falafel Wrap with Super-Thin Extra-Large Flat Bread

These were Heba's Falafel Wrap with Super-Thin Extra-Large Flat Bread.

We bought a couple of packs of our favorite Heba's Falafel and a couple of freshly store-baked flat bread at a Middle Eastern grocery store in VA. We like exploring the store that has many things we usually don't see here. We didn't remember how thin their flat bread was. A piece of the bread was so large but so thin and light. Making falafel wrap with the bread sounded like a better way to enjoy the bread than dipping hummus or eggplant spread with it.
I placed falafel in the toaster oven to warm them up.
Butter lettuce, finely chopped tomato-cucumber-radish-red onion, lemon juice and tahini sauce were accompanied with falafel.
Ta-da! It looked like a giant burrito.
Cut in half. The falafel shows its pretty emerald green interior.
The wrap was fresh, light, very tasty! It was a lovely healthy vegetarian meal that made both of us very happy and satisfied.
