Five Treasure Stir-Fry with Crunchy Noodles

This was five treasure stir-fry with crunchy noodles.

Last time we only had four treasures. This time I reached five - onion, carrot, Tofu, broccoli, and bok choy! I served the veggie treasures on store-bought crunchy noodles instead of rice. We also had a small bowl of fresh veggie salad, too. As we decided the day before, we successfully made a veggie day.
