Paella with Spanish Style Artisan Cooking Chorizo

As we planned, I made Paella with Spanish style artisan cooking chorizo that Santa brought to J! I followed the recipe of Paella from Cook's Illustrated. Replacing dried chorizo with fresh one didn't make any difference in the cooking process. Rice were nicely cooked by absorbing delicious juice from chicken and chorizo.
Add shrimps, mussels, red bell pepper strips and green peas and cook more. Rice was going to absorb more deliciousness from them!
Ta-da! All shrimps turned to pretty pink. All mussels were open. Ready to serve!
We really liked the cooking chorizo in paella that brought right level of smoky flavors, spices and richness in the traditional Spanish rice dish. Again, thank you Santa!
