Raffetto's Artichoke Ravioli with Fattorie Umbre's Peppers, Eggplants & Ricotta Paté

Another happy ravioli dinner! We cooked Raffetto's Artichoke Ravioli in spinach pasta this time. How about sauce? Santa J had an answer. One of his presents was Fattorie Umbre's Peppers, Eggplants & Ricotta Paté. Fattorie Umbre is an Italian food company located in Umbria, an Italian region bordering Tuscany. They make vegetable sauces and tomato sauces with local produces in an artisanal way. This paté was the first product by them that we tried.
Eggplants & Ricotta Paté was rich paste, ready to use. I toss cooked ravioli with a couple of generous tablespoons of paté in a bowl. Garnished with chopped fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese, the dish was very delicious! Both ravioli and paté were very tasty and the combination was great. Raffetto's ravioli has been keeping us from a local Italian restaurant these days.
